The Bull Hotel Halstead is situated in the heart of the Essex market town of Halstead only a short distance from Braintree via the A131. The historic Bull Hotel is a maze of rambling nooks and crannies, old oak beams and open fires and its foundations date back to the 14th century and Tudor Times. The Bull Hotel represents the hub of social activity in this quaint town and is a firm favourite with locals and travellers alike.
From J8 on the M11 take the A120 to Braintree, then take the A131 to Halstead. The hotel is in the main high street with the car park at the rear.
There are 16 comfortable bedrooms and offer en suite facilities, either a shower or bathroom plus TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities. We have 10 individual bedrooms in the main building above the bars dating back to 1398. We have 6 lodge rooms of similar style in our modern annexe above the function suites. Free Wifi.
